This condo had a great location and is handicapped accessible. It was clean and amply supplied. The beach towels and chairs were much appreciated. Two suggestions- remove the oversized rug from the master and replace the sofa which was clean but lacked any support.

Tidewater I 103 was beautiful, excellent beds, bathrooms and linens. Directions for use of the TV's would have been helpful. We enjoyed the porch with a view of the pool and ocean. So pleasant to hear the waves breaking on the beach.

We loved staying in this unit! It was updated and clean, location was perfect, and the added bonus was as the comfy porch furniture, where we spent most of our time. Will definitely book this spot again!

We enjoyed the condo very much. Great location with ocean view and nice screened porch for having morning coffee and night games. The condo was very clean and had many extras including fully stocked kitchen items. It was recently updated and such a nice place for a family of four or two couples.

We were looking for a relaxing week at the beach and we found it! This condo had everything we needed and more! It was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and the close proximity to the beach. We will definitely be renting this condo again very soon!

We all loved the unit and the location! The pictures are very accurate, the unit was very clean and had everything you could need. I was concerned about having a wooden rocker in the living room - I thought I would sit there so others wouldn't have to but we all liked that chair and it was fact we want to know were it was purchased (we want 2 for our screened porch). The beds were very comfortable, and very tall (almost needed a step stool to get in them for this short person -haha ). The front door took some getting used to, it does NOT automatically lock when you shut the door. We also couldn't get the lights on the porch to come on but we were only there a few days so we didn't fool with it. The couch folds out to accommodate more people but we didn't need it. If we had any complaints (and it really isn't a complaint) it would be that the sand and pollen needed to be cleaned off of the porch...if we had been there longer, I would have cleaned it myself...but other than that the unit and porch were in very good condition. We absolutely loved this unit and location and WILL stay here again!

We absolutely loved our rental! The customer service that Island Realty provides is excellent. The condo was well equipped and nicely appointed. We had plenty of everything we needed...soap, dish wash, toilet tissue, paper towel. The walk from the condo to the beach was fast and easy. It was never inconvenient to zip back to the condo when we forgot something or needed a break from the beach. We ordered beach chairs and umbrellas each day at a reasonable price as an add-on and they were delivered by 8 am. This was a really great experience for us from beginning to end.

We arrived after business hours and it was easy to pick up keys from a box outside the office. Walking into the condo the space was open and beautiful. It looks like everything is brand new (furniture, linens, mattress, rugs and kitchen supplies.) The porch is large and you can see the water from the porch and master bed! The pictures do not the condo justice! There is a wall of mirrors in the living room that do not photograph well but in person the place is beautiful. Would definitely come back to this specific condo!

Condo was very well stocked with anything that you could need...Very nice and close to the pool and ocean..We have been coming to Isle of Palms for several years and this was nicest condo we have stayed in!! Can’t wait to come back!
