Everything in house updated and good quality. Prime location to beach access and away from the overcrowded restaurants/main strip. Still very short golf cart ride or drive to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Great deck with beautiful view.

We enjoyed our recent stay at 3 31st ave. The house seems almost brand new, with a recent renovation. First the best stuff:
Great location, under 5 minute walk to the beach
Back yard and pool is great
Beautiful inside, felt brand new, even smelled new
Great deck view
Good bedroom layout with bathrooms access in each one
Great kitchen appliances and bonus fridge/freezer in garage
What could be improved:
Dressers in the bedrooms! The downstairs bedrooms did not have dressers, just closets for hanging clothes. For folding clothes they had to be set on open tables. It was just kind of awkward and could be remedied with proper dressers.
The bigger downstairs bedroom had the queen bed and the smaller had the king. It makes sense that those beds should be swapped.
The second floor deck was nice, but whenever it rained the sofas got soaked and the water stayed in the fabric. Either a proper roof is needed above (to cover the deck slats) or water proof cushions are needed.
Kitchen cabinets could have been arranged better. The pantry was mostly full and there wasn't much room for storing food.
Otherwise, it's a great house. Making those few changes above would make it perfect!

Overall this is a great property and a great location! The only issue we encountered during our stay is that either the rental company or the owners have decided to take the cheap route when it comes to amenities/necessities. We were not provided any dish towels or beach/pool towels. You would think a property with a pool would provide that. Thank god for Paula at Baby's Away for coming through like she always does and had beach towels delivered by 9AM the day after check-in. We also were only given one trash bag for a week long stayl. The toiletries provided were minimal and did not get us through the week either. We also had to do a ton of "housekeeping" before checking out, all with the caveat that if it wasn't done exactly the way the check-out instructions read we would be charged $40 an hour for housekeeping to do. All things at this price point that should be provided in my opinion. The pool is also a little on the smaller side, but a good change of pace from the beach and right in your back yard.
