This spacious oceanfront home features a private pool facing the ocean, screened porch off the kitchen area, 'crow's nest' for elevated roof top views, and both a covered and uncovered deck perfect for lounging. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the dining table seats 8 with 6 additional stool seating offered between the kitchen island and great room bar . This property boasts flat-screen cable TVs in every bedroom and great room, and wireless internet. Fireplace not available for guest use, and the outdoor pool and outdoor spa CANNOT be heated or cooled. Outdoor spa sitting pool great for cooling off while sitting with a tasty beverage. Linens & WIFI Included. Dogs are conditional and must be approved in advance ($250 nonrefundable fee per dog). Non-smoking.

We had a wonderful time with extended family, including elderly in-laws. The elevator is a must have and made egress much easier for them. The maintenance was as flawless as the view. I highly recommend staying here, in fact, we just booked it again!

Great location, close to restaurants and grocery store. The house is wonderful! Very clean and kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook or store. We loved the fenced in yard. It was great for our dog. There are lots of outdoor seating options. We enjoyed the screened in porch for breakfast every morning. The ocean views are amazing for almost every room in the home. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the house tremendously. The balcony on the very top provides a great view. The lot, basement area and trash area were not grungy but rather clean and orderly. The pool was great. The beach was quite close and uncrowded.

This is a very nice home, but is in need of some basic repairs in order to continue to expect to receive the high rent fees. The built-in kitchen trash can was so, so, so dirty and in need of replacement (the wood area surrounding the space where the trash bag goes has so much dirt, food and grime ingrained in it. It literally turned my stomach). Also, the steps to the beach are broken and need to be replaced for safety reasons. This may have been due to a storm but should be fixed right away. Lastly, I was shocked the we were told there was an extra charge for the privilege of turning on the hot tub. This is not my first beach front rental in Isle of Palms and we have always had an operating hot tub. For the money I spent for 1 week, the hot should have been on and working.

Everything was great. Only disappointment was that after paying $250 fee for use of hot tub, the hot tub jets would only work once a day for 15 or less minutes.

It was a great house. We’ve never stayed beachfront before...it was amazing. Very well appointed. I would suggest swapping the bunk bed room to share the Jack and Jill bathroom so that adults could have their own bathroom. Kids could share the bathroom with their parents in the Jack and Jill bathroom.
We never could get the Sonos sound system to work. And we did see a rat or something run out from under the grill.

Beautiful property well maintained. Nice layout for 2 families, pool and grounds are very nicely landscaped. Great porch and deck. Only issue was the sound system outside did not seem to be working

The Rental process was easy. Island Reality help in every aspect. Our first house was sold and not renting anymore so they helped in finding us another property. We choose 510 Ocean because of the pool and Hut Tube. The house and location were great unfortunately the hot tube broke on Wednesday and was unable to be repaired.

We have stayed in this house a total of nine times. Great location and floorplan. Pool is ideal. Unfortunately, we see some decline in condition. In need of some cosmetic painting and updating. Elevator broke down on second use.Floors showing wear. They did update main TV and the ease of use improved. Requested bee nests be eradicated since we had people with allergies and they missed several nests. Some of this seems minor but when put against the significant increase in rental price the last two years and then the current published rate for 2022 going up over 30% with only five bedrooms you would expect better especially given there are 6+ bedroom houses for the same or less money. Great memories there, but value is going down due to cost.

You could not get a better atmosphere or view. Plenty of separate spaces to have some "alone" time and yet areas large enough to accommodate the entire group of 6 adults, 2 small children and the dogs. There are places where a fresh coat of paint could improve the overall appearance but it is still very comfortable. Kitchen was extremely well-equipped. Pool was well-maintained. All contact with the property management personnel was friendly and they were very accommodating. They wanted us to be happy and we were.

This well maintained house is very well suited for two families. The kitchen is large - plenty of room for two cooks at a time - and well equipped. The beds are comfy, the linens high quality. The beach in this area is quite large with plenty of space for shell hunting and castle building. Nice to have two covered spots for parking. The hot tub wasn't working but it was so hot outside that we weren't really interested in using it anyway. The management company is quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Very satisfied. First year for island Realty handling the property as we have stayed there for many years before and rented from another agency. IR did a good job and responded to all needs promptly. The price did go up significantly by having it listed with IR.

The rooftop sun deck is the perfect place for a drink and sunset. We were there every night. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained. The open view from the large living room windows are stunning. The house has been updated and is a wonderful place. We highly recommend.

This was a beautiful and very well kept property with a lovely pool and deck area. There was a little bug problem and the door on the oven does not close - that should be fixed. Otherwise just heaven on earth.

The property was beautiful and in a perfect location, beachfront. All of our guest loved it and commented on the layout and decor. The only negatives I have are the oven door did not close properly and had no light and the gate to the beach from the fenced yard was broken. We did a temporary fix with a bungee cord!

The outdoor spa may be heated with advanced notice, approval and a fee applies (must speak with vacation planner). It is just under a mile from this property to the bridge that connects IOP to Sullivan's Island. This bridge can be crossed by car, bike, walking, etc. depending on preference and ability. 

We have 3 small nonshedding dogs & would like to book your home. Can you confirm that this is fine?

It looks like sand is covering part of the fence. Have they fixed that fence area?

The sand dunes that come up the fence depend on the wind and if there have been recent storms. If you move forward with booking this property, please make a note that this would be a requirement for you and your pet. The best way to do this is by calling us and booking through one of our vacation planners. 

Do you have carbon monoxide detectors in this house

We are in the process of making sure that each one of our properties has up-to-date Carbon Monoxide detectors in accordance with the new Isle of Palms fire code laws. This process will be completed by 2024.
