We love Sea Cabins! On this trip, the heat wasn't working so I had to put a call in to maintainance. Easy process and they were there before we left for the day to take care of it. It was toasty warm when we returned and for the rest of our trip. Been coming here for about 11 years now!

The condo was conveniently located to beach access and the pier. Though it had been cleaned well from a housekeeping standpoint, the upholstery needed attention. We put a sheet over the couch to sit on during our stay. Also, the bedroom blinds were inadequate for the amount of light given off by the light outside the window (very bright at night). Not a bad stay, just needs a few things...

Had a wonderful stay - Constructive criticism would be that I needed 2 parking passes - Spent valuable vacation time feeding parking meters and walking to my vehicle - All this with a sparsely occupied parking lot at the complex - Would have been willing to pay the complex a premium to negate this hassle

We only stayed for two nights but would have been very disappointed if I was staying for a week. The floor was gross, not cleaned at all. Couch was disgusting, put a sheet over it to seat on it. Mattress very comfortable and the light outside the door shines right on you when trying to get to sleep. Needs some black out curtains. Would not want someone else vacation to be ruined by staying in this condo.

We love the Isle of Palms family-oriented. The unit was clean and in good shape. However, I would suggest that the balcony door be wasn't convenient to remove the bar each time you wanted to access the balcony.

The location was great! Beach access was easy & we walked to lots of places. The only issues we had with the rental was the bedroom. You could barely walk around the bed to get to the other side, the mattress was awful because it swags so badly in the middle & they need to put up some darkening curtains in the bedroom because at night the walkway light shines right in all night long even with the blinds closed. Both people that we talked to at the realty company were extremely nice & helpful.

We loved the location and overall the room. It did have a musky smell upon arrival and I feel it could have been cleaned a little better. The comforter and blankets didn’t look or smell clean and that was disappointing. I would stay at the property again just hoping it would be cleaner next time.

The location was great, just the other side of the pier from IOP county park. The unit was clean, the Island Realty folks were super to work with, and they made our last-minute booking and late arrival really simple. A couple of minor things were broken but nothing essential.

This was a nice weekend getaway. Sea Cabins staff was most professional and I had no issues. Even text me that I could check in early which was fabulous. The condo was clean and nice. My only issues were the mattress was uncomfortable and I could not sleep on it. Kind of disappointing to have to sleep in the couch. The tub faucet started dripping and never would stop and front door was very hard to shut. Recommend a new mattress definitely or a better brand.

Great location, private pier, right on the beach, wasn't crowded the week before memorial day. The room was good, could use a few minor repairs, cabinet door looked like it might fall off and the bottom stove compartment was hanging down. The bed was kinda noisy when we laid on it. We put a blanket over the bedroom window to block out the light, easy fix. Other than those minor things the room was clean, had tons of dishes, pots to cook with. Deck was nice, but had a few boards loose.

Just like a million other people in the world, it was time for an escape from our little crazy busy life and we chose Sea Cabin 109A. The description was accurate. The only complaint that I have is the mattress. It was really old and I had read the review from last year from a former customer of yours that had said the same thing, but I was thinking that it would have been replaced. I didn't understand the bunk beds in the middle of the walk in entrance-how do you get in the top one? There was no privacy, but there were only 2 of us and we used it to place our luggage and shopping bags. Having the private fishing pier was amazing to us. The beaches were packed with people, but not the pier. I will definitely come back and hope that next time there is a new mattress, you can get really good deals on them, if you shop around.

We arrived on Friday evening and checked in at the office, made our way to the unit and began our stay. The unit was above my expectations, we were very pleased with the unit as a whole and with the location. The only complaint is that the television was not operational when we arrived, however after a call to the maintenance office and this was rectified Saturday morning. The staff went above and beyond what most places would have done. We would absolutely book another stay with Island Reality.

Overall the condo fit our needs. It was in a great location, had easy access to the beach with a nice private peer. We could walk to all of the local spots and the layout of the condo worked for our family of four (2 adults, 2 infant and 1 toddler). The condo itself was older but had everything we needed. For the price it was great. The beds however were not comfortable and the bedding was worn and needs to be replaced. Overall the condo was not very clean upon entry (gritty floors - maybe to be expected for the beach, dusty in corners, stains on comforters and blankets in closets and the door of the refrigerator). All of this was easy to overlook due to the other good features but it is an easy fix to make this condo more appealing. Also should have options for more than 1 parking pass.

Adequately clean. Small, but fine for just the 2 of us. Nice porch to sit and see and hear the ocean. Loved how close it was to ocean, pier, and pool and a few dining options are in walking distance. My only complain is you really need a new mattress. Small double bed and very uncomfortable mattress.

Horrible. This was the worst place I have ever stay. It was the only place that came up on the Internet search. I had left a message with the rental agent in hopes of describing what I wanted and expected, but I did not get the courtesy of a return call so l was left to find a misrepresented place on by Internet search. Since there is an outside light that cannot be turned off, it would have been nice to have window coverings to block out the light. The headboard was not attached therefore rattling everytime you turned over in bed.

We have stayed in sea cabins before. The cabin we stayed this time was ok, but definitely old and worn. Unfortunately, due to storms, the private access to the beach was closed but we made due. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but we would have preferred a heads up on property damage.

After two days on the road, exhausted, I was greeted by some strangers pubic hair inside my "clean" sheets. EEEWWWWWW!!! The place STUNK like dirty bodies. The filth smell permeated everything. The bedding, the furniture, the air. The front door to refrigerator and freezer were grossly rusted. The bunk mattresses and carpet wreaked of URINE smell! The hall light in the breezeway was on all night shining through the plate glass window into the bedroom. Glare. I don't care how close this place is to the beach - DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Even after taking my priceless vacation time to scrub with Lysol, the smell would not go away! This place shouldn't be a dump, for what money I paid them, but it definitely was a dive. I've staying in cleaner acommodations in third world countries. I would give zero stars if possible. Or better yet, a fire hydrant.

Great location, decent price but condos very poorly apportioned (5 towels for 5 guests for 4 nights? No salt/pepper?) Dishwasher didn't work and coin operated laundry with no place to get change. Not sure I'd stay again.

It is standard for there to only be one set of towels per person per reservation. Guests do have the ability to add more towels to their package, or an extra maid service during their stay, you can even add beach chairs and umbrellas that are set up on the beach for you. The bed needs to be replaced. The curtains on patio door were extremely dirty. The fridge was rusted on outside door but was very clean on inside. Just older unit that looks good in the picture but not in person. Won't rent this place ever again.

The location of the condo was great, and it was easy to find and get ourselves settled. The one bedroom, however, is constantly too bright. There's only blinds, no curtains, and the hallway light is on all night. And the sun shines directly into the room at dawn. We ended up sleeping on the pull out couch. If that was fixed, though, it would be an great little spot to spend some vacation time.

Overall it was a positive experience. Great location, responsive management company, cleanliness, pier and beach almost at your doorstep. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture in LR. There was a problem with the bathroom exhaust which was replaced after a two day wait. The emergency lighting--always on--cast a wide beam of light on the side of the bed closest to the exterior wall and the translucent blinds did not help---impossible to sleep!! The friendly maintenance guy hung a blanket over the curtain rod and that fixed it. But better blinds and/or a heavier curtain is needed. The bed moves and the headboard bangs the wall with the slightest movement. So one cannot get out of bed without disturbing the other. Put grab bars in the shower. We would still recommend this place but with some caveats as described above.

Great location with a private pier and beach access. Parking was easy. Unit was clean upon arrival, and having a full kitchen was a plus. The only real drawback was the beds weren't very comfortable (bedroom, sofa bed, & bunks). But we were there for the location and that part was perfect. This is great location. The bedroom mattress was horrible. Also there were no curtains/ drapes in the bedroom to block the lighting from outside. Needless to say I had little sleep. The couch sleeper is lumpy also.

Wi fi was poor. Couldn't get it to work for two days and finally had to contact a tech and even then poor connection.

While we do advertise Wi-Fi capabilities we in no way guarentee the service. Unfortunately Wi-Fi service on the beachfront can be a spotty and we in no way can promise it. " 20. Wireless Internet and Cable: High speed wireless internet and cable are provided as a convenience only and are not integral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regards to internet service." It is regretable that you were also here during a Tropical Depression and that may have had much to do with your internet connectivity. We would also like to thank you for your suggestions about the shower and the couch. This is valuable information we will share with the owners of Sea Cabin 109. The condo was clean and fully supplied with all our needs, exactly as it was described.I enjoyed setting on the balcony in the mornings and watching ships go in and out. We had a late arrival and I called Island Realty and the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and explained what I needed to do. We have rented from Island Realty before and always have a great experience I loved this condo and enjoyed our stay here. The only issue was the bed, it needs to be updated the mattress is broke down in the middle.

I try to visit Isle of Palms at least once a year. I always enjoy my stay at Sea Cabins. I leave feeling relaxed and grateful that I found such a nice place to stay. I have never been disappointed with my stay at this vacation spot. I always look forward to my next trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the sea cabin 109A. It was clean and pretty and had everything anyone would need for a weekend getaway or a lengthier stay (which is what we are planning to do in the near future!) I would recommend The Sea Cabins and Island Realty to anyone who wants a nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable place on Isle of Palms!! They'll want to just stay forever.....just like we did!!! Thanks! My husband and I came to visit my son at the Citadel. We stayed at the Sea Cabin rentals to be close to the ocean. We were a little removed from the Citadel, but only a 25 minute drive back to school and downtown Charleston.
