This is a lovely little house that we’ve stayed at a number of times and I’m deeply saddened that it’s going to be torn down for yet another gigantic megamansion.

We were very happy with our stay. We loved our stay. The house was just what we needed. We were just sorry to hear that it will be torn down to build a bigger house. I would love to have that house to stay in every vacation. We wanted to pack it up and bring it home with us. It made us feel like we were home every time we came back from the beach.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at the “Little Pink House”. Perfect for our family. Extremely clean thanks to Daphne who cleaned the home before our arrival. Would definitely stay here next year but sadly the plans are to replace this home with a larger one. We loved the screened porch and the shaded back yard. We had the best of both worlds. Sun and shade.

The house was just the right size for our small group...loved the sun porch and the outside shower.
Wish the sundeck was available to use, but was ok since we had to small girls with us and would have been a little dangerous. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short walk to the beach. We did bring our own Keurig coffee maker, just made it easier for everyone to enjoy their own flavors without any waste. We hope to be able to stay at "The Lil Pink House" again in the future... A swing in the back yard would have been nice to have.

This is a more budget-friendly option for a smaller group on IoP. I spent five days with my two adult sons and with three bedrooms and two bathrooms we had ample privacy, as well as an attractive common area. The house was clean and equipped with the basics. When we arrived, it felt stuffy and smelled a little musty but we were able to open some of the windows, especially on the back porch (which in my opinion would be more pleasant with year round screens). One suggestion I have is to replace the lightbulbs ... instead of harsh bright white, the place would look better at night with softer lighting. The house was extremely convenient to the beach and the surrounding houses were very quiet.

The house is very comfortable. There is plenty of parking in the half circle driveway. The neighborhood is very nice with a short walk to the beach.

This "lit" pink home was perfect in everyway! It was so cozy and comfortable, and spotless! It had so much to offer! The sun porch for our dinners made it extra special! Very large master bedroom, and a special little spot for me to sit and put my makeup on. The ourdoor shower room even had hot water! The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked. It was a great location and a very short walk to the beach! The house was nicely decorated too! We definitely will be renting this home again! Best Vacation in a long time!

The pink cottage is cozy, clean and the perfect getaway. It is 1.5 blocks away from the beach! It has a beautiful screened in porch with outdoor grill and shower which is perfect after coming home from the sandy beach. It also has an awesome rooftop deck for hanging out with friends or relaxing! The cottage is well kept with all amenities needed to make your stay comfortable. Plenty of kitchen materials and appliances so no need to go out to cook unless you want to- otherwise very accessible to the isle of palms downtown area for food and entertainment. Short drive to downtown Charleston as well. Overall we loved our stay and would book again!

This was the second time we have stayed here and just love this house. Clean, cozy and well maintained. The neighbors to the right are gems, so nice and helpful.Great house for 4 people, easy walk to the beach, but we rent a golf cart from Daniel at IOP Golf cart rentals which makes it much easier and fun to get around. If you like to cook fresh seafood, go to Simmons, good folks with good fresh stuff! Island Realty does a great job, had our house ready at 245pm.

This is our second visit to this same lil pink house and we love it! We will definitely return again. Please replace the missing blind. In the master bedroom. I used a blanket to cover the window.

We have stayed at the Pink House many times over the past 20 years. We continue to return based on its location, and how it meets the needs of our family. This time, a blind in the master bedroom, fell early Sunday morning. Island Realty was contacted and someone came that day to pick up the broken blind. Unfortunately, the window from which the blind fell was in front of the bed of a ground-level house. Sadly, the blind was never replaced while we were there. Also, when the blind was taken, the window was not covered. We ended up coverinng the window with extra towels. We were not contacted during our stay about the status of the blind. I realize in the scope of things this is minor, however, it is disapointing that taking care of a bare window in front of a bed was not covered in some way.

We enjoyed our stay at the Li’L Pink House. House was clean and provided all our needs. The outdoor, enclosed shower was a good surprise; actually an additional shower for the house. Another addition was the enclosed porch with air conditioning; like a Sun Room, except for the trees�� shading it.
This is a good location, near the beach and very easy to get to all other attractions nearby, including Mount Pleasant & Charleston. The beach near the house is also a plus.

We live six hours from Charleston so we had the luck to be able to compare this property on site and compare it with others in our price range. This pink cottage was an easy choice. It's bright and airy. The main bedroom is huge. The two others are quite small. There is a screened in porch at the back. Overall it's a modest place, pleasant but not fancy. Carolina Boulevard is a quiet street just a block and a half from beach and a modest walk to the Sea Biscuit restaurant.

I mention grandparents and toddlers because a great virtue of the cottage is that there are no stairs.

Some families might prefer a fancier kitchen, but this one was fine for our needs.

By the way, Island Realty was great. We couldn't figure out the cable and Wi Fi and they sent someone out promptly to help us.

The Lil Pink House was great! It was clean, nice beds and very comfortable. Rented a golf cart for the first time, made it alot easier to get around. Paiges Okra Grill is a place you have to eat at. See ya next year.

Our stay at The Little Pink House was timed just right. Hurricane Matthew blew through the week before we were there; and thankfully, the storm did not come ashore. The Little Pink House was the perfect size for the 4 of us, and was the perfect choice for us. The neighborhood was quiet and we could walk to the beach for our daily walk. Some damage could be seen on the beach from the storm, but repair could already be seen in progress. Some limbs and leaves were down in the yard, but that did not upset our stay. Great visit and wonderful weather, and absolutely delicious food.

This is a sweet little 3 bedroom, 2 bath house - split floorplan, with a sunroom, fenced yard, and observation deck above the back roof. It was very comfortable and cozy. Everyone loved it. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't do much cooking. Nice flat screen TVs in the master and living room. Only 1 1/2 blocks to the ch and close to restaurants on IOP, Sullivans and Shem Creek.
The observation deck was a nice touch, but you couldn't see the water because of the newer big houses across the street. Liked that it was all on one floor. which made bringing in groceries and luggage so much easier. We would definitely rent this place again.

We found the house to be clean, conveniently located and very cozy. Our party of 4 had plenty of space and the layout of the home suited us perfectly. This is an older but well maintained cottage, we would only suggest adding under cabinetry lighting in the kitchen as it is quite dark in the evenings. The sitting porch and crows nest were appreciated and made the smaller house feel a lot larger. Highly recommend the house for those seeking a comfortable stay in a cute cottage!

I live nearby, but needed a separate place to stay for a while in the off-season. I was here for a month in Feb-March. The place feels right, is clean, well maintained, comfortable. There were no bad smells. The description was accurate. I though thought it presented even better than the pictures online. The location relative to the big beautiful IOP beach, Breach Inlet, restaurants and bars, IOP connector, Sullivan's Island is great. Customer service was as it should be with no problems. I recommend it highly if it looks online like one you would like. It is at least as good if not better than it appears.

Great location to the beach 1.5 blocks, quiet neighborhood, Isle of Palms has grocery store, Marina, several restaurants - good food, loved the coconut grits with the fish. Kitchen needed a light over sink. About 40 minutes from Naval training center.

After our original house was double-booked, we were placed in this home. It was raining when we arrived, and the ceiling was leaking in the kitchen. We weren't given proper bedding for one of the rooms, and lights were out in the master bath. When the maintenance man replaced the light bulbs and checked the leak, he didn't clean up afterward. There was still water in the kitchen, and he had broken a light bulb and left glass shards on our bathroom floor and counter. The house was fine, but the service and attention to detail were lacking. It all ended up fine, but just a few too many bumps in the road for a 3-night stay.
