Three bedroom, two bath upper level triplex rental -steps from the beach on Isle of Palms. This vacation rental is located across the street from a beach access path, and is perfectly situated for maximum time at the beach. A quick drive to shopping, restaurants, tennis, dog park, gym, basketball, playground, and more! Dog considered for nonrefundable fee of *$200.

This top floor unit of a triplex (two sets of stairs to get to entry) features an updated kitchen, Smart flat-screen TVs (streaming capabilities ONLY, no cable provided), Wireless internet, stacked washer and dryer, a raised deck with conversational seating in back of the home, covered front entry deck facing street. a bonus double bed in living area, and an outdoor shower (shared between lower unit and apartment C). Perfect for small families or couples looking for partially updated and affordable accommodations, and close proximity to the beach and other island amenities.

Public Parking is shared in the front of the house on Palm Blvd, do not block sidewalk

Yard is shared between all three units.

LINENS INCLUDED. NO SMOKING. Dog considered for nonrefundable fee of *$200 (ask vacation planner).

The three bedroom, two bath downstairs unit is also offered as a rental, and may be rented together with the upstairs unit for a total of six bedrooms and four baths, pending availability (see Palm Blvd 2605 Down and ask Island Realty vacation planner). The one bedroom, one bath Apartment of the triplex may also be rented with the upstairs unit, pending availability (ask vacation planner or see Palm Blvd 2605 Apartment C) for a total of four bedrooms and three baths.

*This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 6/1/24 to 8/17/24; 3 night minimum in offseason.***

My family and I arrived on Thursday and checked out on Sunday morning. The location was great and the beach was behind the homes across the street. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. However, it would be nice if there was a dehumidifier in the home. There was a definite musty smell, like a basement in the Midwest. Also a lack of mirrors! Enough beds to accommodate 8 people and only 3 mirrors! It was tricky trying to coordinate everyone trying to shower, style hair and apply makeup at the same time!

We had a very good experience/vacation week. Rental unit was clean and looked liked a lot of it had been recently updated. It was in a pretty good location with direct beach access directly across road from driveway. Traffic on Palm Blvd was heavy at times but people would stop to let you cross. Overall had a great time and rental unit was perfect for our family.

Because of hurricane only two of us were able to come. The house is clean and roomy. It has almost everything we need. So we enjoyed staying here. Only one thing we did not have - it is a beach access. It was full of water after hurricane. But it is ok because another access is very close, just on 25th street.

This house had plenty of room for our family of 5. My favorite part was the front porch. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach.We wish the property was pet friendly.

This rental was great given the location, but not what we expected given the price. We had concerns/complaints about quality and have already addressed those with management, which was always very prompt and professional. Nice place, but did not meet our expectations. Hopefully, improvements can/will be made.

Answer:

Unfortunetly, the owners of this property have a strict no pets policy for Palm Blvd. 2605 Up. The lower level of this same house (Palm Blvd. 2605 Down) which is also a 3 bed, 2 bath- is, however, pet friendly.
