Location was amazing but the house and yard was disappointing. I could not let the kids play n the yard because of the amount of poison ivy that was EVERYWHERE. I could not prepare a meal because there were not enough supplies to do so. We didn't even have enough glasses for all of us to drink from. The house and yard has so much potential and for the price point I would think that updates could/should be done ASAP.

I rented this property so that we could stay close to the beach, have our entire family under one roof for our vacation, and be able to cook when we wanted to. This property was perfect! We were 5 minutes from the beach, cooking was so convenient, and we spent a lot of time together. The house was roomy enough for the five of us and Peanut (my daughter and son-in-law's dog), all the appliances and fixtures worked well, it was clean and quiet, and the reservations and check-out process was quick and convenient. Thank you!

Our family of 4 enjoyed this sweet little beach cottage. The house has some quaint vintage qualities and the yard is AMAZING! The screened in porch was great to enjoy the gigantic oak trees. My only complaint was the porch had a lot of animal hair that had collected on it that the cleaners are apparently not sweeping. As a result we ended up tracking hair into the house. Other than that is was terrific.

It is such a pleasure to work with Island Realty. The communication is great and the staff are so friendly and efficient. The house was clean and there were generous welcome packets of supplies. I have rented this property several times and dearly love it. The screened porch off the back is my absolute favorite spot. The kitchen is well equipped with ample pots, pans, cups, etc. I often cook in using the local seafood available at Simmons Seafood or Harris Teeter. One of the great things about IOP is the convenience of great food shopping. This house being on a dead-end street is a quiet oasis off of busy Palm Blvd. The beach is a short walk away. I highly recommend this property.

My husband and I (and Basset Hound) absolutely loved everything about this home. It was impeccably clean, gave us plenty of paper products for our 2 week stay, the kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed (and more). We loved the short walk to the beach and daily walks to The Co-Op. Beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. Excellent experience!

Have stayed in this house multiple times and it is a great property. I especially love its location on a short dead end street off Palm Blvd. The back porch is a definite plus. A great place for dining. The wi-fi is good. It is an older property and has a beach quirkiness that appeals to me. I would highly recommend this house and Island Realty.

This was out third stay at this property. It was a short trip for my sister who is recovering from some medical issues, and she had a wonderful time. While the house has some age, it’s kept up well. Very short walk to the beach and a short drive to the local stores. Nice screen porch to drink coffee and read. It was also pet friendly.

Everything with Island Realty is top notch. They are so friendly and helpful. The communication is always excellent. The rental property was in good shape and comfortable. I love older homes with personality and this house fits that category. My favorite part of the house is the screened porch. Due to the vacant property behind it and the lush vegetation and gorgeous old live oaks the porch feels very private.

We had a great stay at IOP this past weekend. We loved our little house just steps from the beach. The quiet cul de sac was so sweet, especially with all the trees. We have been vacationing at IOP for 28 years and this little house was a hidden treasure. It is not a fancy house, it is like staying at your grandma's beach house from 73 years ago but we loved it!

This 1948 built beach cottage has a lot of character. Well stocked with everything needed for kitchen and beds we’re comfy. The home could use a good deep clean both inside and out and some fresh paint on worn areas. We were moving our daughter to Charleston so it worked well bring 20 mins from her apt while getting her set up and having beach time too. Island Realty was responsive to concerns. There are ants but if you keep the place clean it really isn’t an issue.

Another great stay with Island Realty! My favorite spot in this house is the back porch. I had coffee there every morning and dinner there every night. The screened porch provides a view of wonderful old live oak trees and is very private. The house is well furnished with comfortable seating and bedding. The kitchen is well-equipped--one of the few times I have not needed to purchase an item for the kitchen--lots of tools, implements, etc. lots of books and games. The cul de sac is so quiet and it is a short walk to beach access. I bought seafood at Simmons and Harris Teeter and made most meals at the house. It was a wonderful escape. Thanks to the owners for making the house available and Island Realty for the ease of renting and great communication!

We had a great vacation at this little home. It is a GREAT location to the beach. It sits in a quiet cul de sac, so little to no traffic. The home is a little dated and could definitely use some new appliances and new furniture. We did purchase a mop so we could clean the doors while we were there as they were pretty dirty but again not a big deal. None of these “negatives” kept us from having a fantastic time. The master bath has a nice shower. The beds were comfortable. This home has everything you need for your stay. We would definitely stay here again!

After having to postpone or May beach vacation because of the pandemic, we rescheduled for the end of September. Perfect weather this time of year and of course, no crowds. Palm Ct. 7 was a place we’ve stayed at before because of its proximity to the beach, pet friendly, and price. Our little dog loves the house and the large backyard, but you’ll need a leash, it’s not fenced. All was great except the wifi/internet was unpredictable.

We had a wonderful vacation at Palm Court 7 with another couple and our two dogs. The house was very clean and the screen porch is so comfortable. Very close to the beach. We rented chairs and umbrella for the week, which made our walk to the beach less cumbersome. Would highly recommend! Check in and check out was a breeze.

It was good. Online it states to bring linens and towels. This rental has all that and should be advertised correctly. I called the day before to see if there really were no linens provided and they said there were linens, which was good. I asked about towels and they said only 1 towel per person, so I loaded up towels, as there were 6 of us and 4 were girls (we need more), when we got to home, there was lots of extra bath towels...again, which is good but know what the home provides to help guests out, as packing lots of extra towels takes up a lot of space. The home is decent but chopped up but its old. Kitchen needs updated. Very close to the beach which is great! Screened porch is super.

The house was wonderful. It was nicely furnished and decorated and had everything we needed. It was quiet since it was on a culdesac. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The house itself was very clean. The screened porch and back deck could use a good cleaning. There were lots of mosquitoes in the backyard so be sure to bring repellant. Overall, we loved the house and would stay there again.

We didn't even use the formal dining area inside the house because the screened in porch was fabulous. Coffee in the morning, breakfast, snacks, and dinner was enjoyed by all in our family. Loved my bedroom with the en suite bathroom. The location of the house was extremely quiet and private. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

The house was very nice and clean. The location was very close to everything we wanted to do. Had a great time. The only negative was that the driveway was being worked on when we arrived and we had to wait awhile before unloading our car. They weren't able to finish driveway while we were there so we had to step out into loose dirt from the passenger side of car.

We loved this house! Great location. Could use better pillows on the bed. Only thing that bothered me was that a man who I could barely understand came to change the air filters. I would have appreciated a call to let me know to expect someone was coming & it really seemed like something that should be done between rentals. The house was great though. Loved the screen porch.

We found this cottage to be pretty much as described by the rental agency, as it was clean and conveniently located. Positives - short trek to the beach; good wifi connectivity; extremely cool A/C; great master bath shower head; nice, private screened porch overlooking natural, shady yard; large, relatively new gas grill. Less positive - cable tv service marginal (poor picture quality), no stereo system/cd player. Negatives - worn out front door deadbolt lock (difficult to lock/unlock with either key). Overall, very adequate for our needs, especially given our relatively spur-of-the-moment search for a pet friendly property. And, of course, IOP is terrific, our favorite Carolina beach.

7 Palm Court was the perfect size and location for our family. Cottage is cute and was very clean. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. Bedrooms were a good size, with plenty of room to unpack/hang clothes. Master bathroom was small, but had good storage, and shower was excellent. We will come back.

We always enjoy our time at Isle of Palm. Our visit was cut short due to Hurricane Mathew. The staff at Island Realty was great though. They communicated quickly with us insuring our evacuation and refund went smoothly.

For the most part this rental met our needs. I would recommend the renter replace the screening on the back porch. The mosquitoes were terrible. I was not happy a maintenance person entered the house when a child answered the door, he should have asked for the adult to let him enter. Unit was too expensive compared to others in the area

The place worked well to dodge the weather bullet in the northeast. It was clean and well-located. The negatives are; it wasn't equipped particularly well and the driveway was not conducive to backing in a small boat on a trailer.
