A comfortable and well-equipped house, in a very tranquil section of Wild Dunes, with an outdoor grill and bikes to enjoy. A nice property.

We have stayed at several places in Wild Dunes over the years.. I couldn’t get a condo this time so we went with this house.. My husband kids and I loved it and enjoyed ourselves here.. Nice size living and dining area.. great bedroom layout for our family..only complaints would be kitchen and one bathroom needs updating..wish it was closer to beach.. would be awesome with a golf cart.. all in all would stay here again for sure... loved watching the alligators in lagoon out back!!!!

The house is very spacious and comfortable. The view of the golf course and the lagoon are just gorgeous especially from the lovely screen porch. The location of the house is great.. short walk to the beach and for cocktails at the Sweetgrass Inn. My only issue is that the Master Bath needs updating.

Our extended family vacation was a great success even with a bit of wet weather at the beginning. Our accommodations fit our needs to a t for ages 4 to 80+. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the amenities every day! We hope to be able to do it all again next year at the same location.

Our family recently stayed here for a week. Our check-in experience with Island Realty was easy and quick. The home was super clean when we arrived and we found the home to be just as it is shown in the photos. The bedrooms were comfortable. The extra towels were super. The views from the gathering area are so beautiful! The screened porch was a favorite gathering spot for everyone. The fan and lights made it so wonderful. The Sports pass was nice, but we only went to the pool a few times. The walk to the beach isn't bad, as long as you don't have little people to carry. We didn't mind it because we have older children. The kitchen was the only thing that wasn't as spacious, but it was very well stocked with absolutely everything you need. Pots and pans. Silverware and other utensils. Lots and lots of plates/bowls/cups. Just such a lovely experience. We will definitely rent this home again!

The kitchen was fully equipped and clean.

Would recommend the master bathroom to be updated; especially the toilet. Overall, I would give this property a 4 star.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The description, layout, location, and amenities were all as described. The screened porch overlooking the lagoon ended up being one of our favorite hangout spots! The property was clean and well maintained, and Island Realty provided excellent customer service!!! We had an amazing time!!! Big thank you to the property owners--it is a wonderful house!

In Charleston environs regularly with family in the area and considering moving residence. Location in Wild Dunes 3 blocks from beach and next to racket / sports center is ideal. Inside of property was well done, although kitchen was older - not updated and not efficiently stocked - clearly castoff home accessories - other parts of interior very nice. Exterior grounds cleaned up while we were there. The garage / parking area were not swept, etc.

We had a great stay at 17 Twin Oaks Lane. The location was perfect and we loved that we were right in the action and at the beach and pools in minutes but felt like we were off the beaten path and had privacy by the lagoon. The house was decorated beautifully and our family had so much room to spread out. We would recommend this property to friends and will be back ourselves.

Very cute, comfortable house in a good location right by the pool and tennis courts and just a short distance to the beach. The only minor issue is the kitchen - pots, pans, & glasses appeared to be very old and should be replaced. We really enjoyed our stay there overall and would go back. Island Realty is wonderful to work with and we always enjoy staying at their properties.

This is a nice place in Twin Oaks. Close to the community pool and a 3 block walk to the beach or very short bike ride. The unit was very clean there are several updates including a renovated shower and elevator. The views out the back are great and we appreciated the big windows. New Fridge was great.
