Description

This charming island oasis is barely 600 steps from the beach and has its own private backyard pool surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. As soon as you enter leave your cares at the door! This spacious home boasts an open concept living room/dining room with a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is open to the living room with granite counter tops and a wonderful center island! Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two front screened porches or sit off the rear deck, overlooking the pool! The main floor (second floor) has two bedrooms, each with a flat screen TV plus two full bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the main floor and features an ensuite bathroom and a private screened porch. The lower level (first floor) is accessible from inside the house as well as its own exterior entry under the house. The lower level has a large entertainment room with a large flat screen TV and provides another gathering space. Also on the lower level there are two more spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry room and a doorway leading directly out to the pool.

The backyard provides a great outdoor space where you can relax around the pool and cook on the gas grill. There is an elevated Ipe deck located just off the dining room and features a granite bar with stools and a great view overlooking the pool and the back yard. Around the pool there are lounge chairs, a swinging bench and a gas grill. Pool is easy to reach from the steps coming off the upper deck (off the dining room) or from the ground level living room.
Four flat screen TVs, one in each bedroom, Wi-Fi, linens included. Outdoor shower. No smoking. Gas Grill. Note: Fireplace is not for guest use. Firm no pet policy.

Our family of six stayed at this home for eight days recently. The set up was perfect for us with two bedrooms up and two down. The baths were renovated beautifully as was the kitchen. The furniture was suitable for beach living as well as comfortable and in good taste. The owners added personal touches to make the home feel warm and inviting. Amenities were plentiful but will add they should add at least one hair dryer to the house and some windex since there is lots of glass! The walk to the beach was about 2 1/2 blocks. We rented a golf cart as we had lots of kids beach things to transport. There is golf cart parking on the beach access on 25th. The pool is great for kids as well. The only down side for us is the beach area attracts lots of folks driving in from the area so not as private as closer to Wild Dunes, at the same time we like being closer to grocery and restaurants so a trade off. Loved our week there. Great property.

Great place to stay. Decor was tastefully done. Backyard pool was very nice. Rental staff was responsive. Distance to the beach was the only slight drawback, but it wouldn't have been worth the higher unit prices to be a block closer as the oceanfront units we saw were still a short distance from the beach. Would definitely recommend this beach house.

We had a great week in this house. It's very comfortable and cute. The floor plan was great with adults sleeping upstairs and kids in downstairs bedrooms where we all had our own space. And the downstairs bedrooms stay very dark so our kids slept in all week - major plus! We enjoyed the pool as well. The walk to the beach is pretty easy - just 2 short blocks away. My only suggestion would be to invest in some better fitting sheets because most of the fitted sheets came off each night.

Great house,perfect location. We would definitely rent again.

This house is truly a home welcoming You in from the time you enter the front door. The screened room allowed us to overflow from the family room and still enjoy being close to each other. We could not have asked for anything else as the kitchen and bathroom areas were stocked. Beds were very comfortable and fitted with soft sheets and comfy pillows. Location is fantastic yet quiet for afternoon naps on the hammock downstairs. Will definitely be coming back to this Beautiful Decorated Beach Home.

This beach house was recently renovated/updated, and it is gorgeous. The decor and furnishings are beautiful and very comfortable. We stayed in winter, and we would loooove to come back in summer and enjoy the awesome pool. We loved everything about this place. Also, Island Realty was helpful and easy to work with.

We loved our vacation in this home! The master suite is fabulous- comfortable king bed, huge closet with more than enough space for hanging and storing clothes, beautiful bath with 2 sinks, large shower, and water closet. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has large granite island and great lighting including under cabinet lighting. The house is decorated with such care - it’s lovely throughout! So many special touches! Loved the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen; we could all be together as we cooked. The new pool is delightful, as is the landscaping, new fencing, and new outdoor shower. The only suggestion I would make would be to add more plastic glasses to use by the pool - we just got some Solo cups, which was fine. We would love to come back next year!
Shout out to Jenny Tuk, with Island Realty, who was a delight to work with. She promised to send me pictures after the renovations were done, and she did!

Can't say enough about this house or working with Island Realty, but I will try. Working with this company was an absolute pleasure! When I first got to the house, it has been windy and there was a lot of leaves in the pool, I called Island Realty and they had someone out cleaning early the next morning. So impressed with them!
The house was perfect! Beautifully decorated, plenty of space, very comfortable beds, and spotlessly clean. Literally the only recommendation I would make, is more around the pool furniture.
The house is located on a side street with little traffic, very short walk to the beach. Close to the IOP connector which made for a straight shot to Mt. Pleasant and downtown.
Will definitely stay here again!
