The home is lovely and met our expectations. We have rented this same house before, and love the layout and the space it provides.
There was an infestation of wasps on the mid-level deck, and one of the children was stung.

What a beautiful vacation rental on Isle of Palms! The house is conveniently located near the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans and dishes. The house is beautifully decorated and was very clean when we arrived. This was the fourth time renting this property and I would recommend this property for a wonderful vacation.

We loved the floor plan of having the main living area on the top floor. The views were great. The open kitchen and living area was spacious . With another living area on the second floor we had room for 3 generations to spread out or gather upstairs.

I would recommend having a small stick type vacuum cleaner available.

There had been a lot of rain so our beach access required a wade through about 12 inches of water. The beach is close though.

This was such a beautiful home. So much room and steps from the ocean with beautiful views. The elevator was great for luggage and groceries. Would stay again and recommend it to anyone.

This was our second stay at this house. We had a wonderful week and the house is perfect for our needs. The location is perfect and the beach is nicer then some areas on the island. We did have two issues during this stay.
The first was the poor quality of the internet connection. This was an issue because one of my family was taking an online class for her masters degree. Island Realty was very prompt in trying to fix the problem. The second issue was the pile of palm branches that were piled on the two parking spaces designated for this property. Overall our experience was wonderful and we will definitely want to stay in this house next year!

My family had a wonderful time during our stay at thos property during yhe Christmas holidays. This home is absolutely lovely. It's spacious and comes well equipped with everything that we needed to have a wonderful time. It's just STEPS away from the beach. Would highly recommend this property for a large group. The property description was right on target. The exterior photo that appears on the page doesn't do justice to the in-person view. Also, the neighbors were lovely.

We were extremely surprised when we arrived at this property. It was absolutely beautiful and clean! There was plenty of space for a large extended family. The Master bedroom is upstairs near the kitchen which was nice for Parents/Grandparents. There are four bedrooms downstairs with a living space and a small kitchen. This made it extremely nice to have several separated sleeping areas for families with small children. The living space upstairs is large enough for lots to gather for games or just socializing. The kitchen is big! Lots of room for several hands to pitch in and help making meals or cleaning up the dishes. This house has a high chair, and a pack and play, some toys and a large selection of books as well. We spent a lot of time on the deck facing the Ocean, drinking coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening! The views are great from the decks as well as from the large kitchen window. There were a few maintenance issues, but Island Realty did their best to temporarily solve the problems while we were there. The location of the house is one house from the beach entrance, which makes walking back and forth from the house to the beach extremely easy. If you are looking for a home at the Isle of the Palms to enjoy family time, this one will not disappoint you.

I absolutely loved this house! My group of families have been renting different houses on IOP for ~20 years and this is our favorite yet!! Definitely would love to return! It is great for families as there are 2 living areas, super nice large kitchen, and all the rooms have their own bathrooms! Especially loved the beach views from all over the house!

Considering the tropical storm it was good. A few things could be improved upon: No internet, no brooms, all hoses were broken, not enough towels, not enough dish soap.

We were very happy with the house and location on the beach. We didn't realize it had an elevator! So convenient for unloading all out stuff. Very short walk to the beach. The furnishings were excellent. The layout good. I would rate this 4.5 star and we have had many ocean front houses on the Outer Banks. Even though this house was one house back, it was actually closer to the water than ocean front homes at the Outer Banks. The furnishings were nice and the view was better than expected. The property company was professional and had someone out 2 hours after we called about a minor issue. We would definitely recommend!!
