Large living room that is open to screened-in porch with a hammock great for napping and listening to the ocean, plus a table and chairs for enjoying meals outside. Dining room will seat 8 with additional seating for 4 or 5 at the porch table. There is also a spacious deck with table and chairs, suitable for eating or just enjoying the outdoors. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 loft open to the living room below. The loft features 1 queen and 1 twin daybed. Gas grill, WiFi, hardwood floors throughout. In lieu of cable, the property has streaming capabilities with YouTube TV subscription in living room and queen bedroom. An assortment of beach chairs are available for guest use, and there is an outside shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Large grass yard. Fireplace available for winter-time usage. Excellent location, about 4 blocks from the commercial district with its fine restaurants and bars, but far enough away to escape its noise and crowds. Linens included. No smoking. No pets.
