Door opens from hall directly into back yard for easy access for you or your dog. Wi-Fi, $200 non refundable pet fee (2 dog limit). 736 sq ft. LINENS INCLUDED. No Smoking.

overall our stay was good. The non refundable pet fee is very disappointing. The house has damage from previous guests and I am pretty sure humans did it. Do you charge them?

The house was just a short walk to the beach. Very convenient to Charleston and many restaurants. It was especially nice to have the fenced in back yard for our Greyhounds.

We come to Isle of Palm almost every year and we always stay at an Island Realty property. They are great to deal with and the properties are always clean and well maintained. This particular house was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. The fenced in back yard was perfect. We will stay at this house again!
