Description

Classic Sullivan's Island beach home, walk to the ocean. Approx 1.5 blocks to beach it is a perfect beach getaway. Large screened porch across the front. Relax and catch the island breezes. As you enter you will find an open living, dining and kitchen area. This is a split floor plan with two bedrooms on each side the living/dining room. Between each bedroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Moving upstairs there is a flex room with a futon, foosball table, full bathroom and a large bedroom. You will walk through the flex room the get to the bedroom with queen bed. Wifi and linens are included. No Smoking. No Pets. Charcoal grill

Bedroom 1: Left side - 1 queen bed, shares bathroom with bedroom #2

Bedroom 3: Right side -1 queen bed, shares bathroom with bedroom #4
Bedroom 4: Right side - 1 queen bed, shares bathroom with bedroom #3

The I'on beach house wss centrally located for the beach, visiting the town, walking to Ft. Moultrie and driving to both Charleston, Patriot's Point and IOP. Easy on, easy off.
As we arrive in late April, the outside porch could stand a high pressure hose cleaning, inside was fine, could easily sleep 12.

It was ok- after calling for bedding for futon kitchen towels and oven mitts-
There was major construction across the street- road congestion and noise was a different experience this year
The house was clean!

The front porch was wonderful for relaxing and visiting with one another and we had a fabulous Low Country Shrimp & Crab Boil on the huge back deck and there was plenty of room inside for all of us! We indeed all had a Very Happy Time:)

This house was perfect for our group of six retired teacher friends, who were seeing Sullivan's Island for the first time. Two who sometimes travel together took the twin beds, and everyone else had their own room. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and spent lots of time on the wonderful screened-in porch. We walked to the beach every day, and one day we walked far enough to see Charleston and Fort Sumter in the distance. We walked to excellent nearby restaurants two nights. We took day trips to Charleston and two of the old plantations. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and even a beautiful double rainbow. The house is not fancy, but it is clean and well-maintained, and it had everything we needed. It was the perfect home away from home. The staff at Island Realty were very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend this property.

As advertised, house was big enough for my extended family. House condition was great. My only conmplaint was that it needed a light on the back stairs off the deck. Other than that, had a good time.

For the money you want find a better house on Sullivans Island Great set up for family reunions. The upstairs is a great place to stash the older kids
