The condo was great for two of us. It was clean and well stocked. It was a very convenient location with the beach steps away. The porch/deck furniture needs some updating and beach towels / beach chairs would be a positive bonus! Certainly would come back again.

We loved every aspect of our stay! Minutes to walk to the beautiful beach that had very few visitors, amazing sunrises. The screened in porch was so spacious and you could hear the ocean and see a bit of it too. My husband isn't much of a beach guy so the porch was perfect for him and he had many towns to go antiquing!

We stayed here for the first time at Port O Call villas. Great pool and beach. The beach is a little farther away than S Isle of Palms. Condo is roomy great views, and comfortable. We will stay here again. Staff is very nice! It was C201.

The unit was perfect for our needs
but the furniture is not in the best of shape especially the screen porch furniture.
Some of the items in the kitchen (utensils, dishes etc) were not very clean. We had to wash them prior to using.

We were told we could check in about an hour early, but when we arrived the cleaners were still there.

We enjoyed our rental for our vacation! It was an excellent size for our little family and maintained very well. Furniture very comfort and everything we needed to have a great vacation was there! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation with a small family (we have a 15 month old son!)

The condo is in a great spot, right off the beach and pool. Island Realty staff was friendly and helpful! The condo does need some TLC. Looks like it hadn't had a deep cleaning in a long time, especially the window screen that had a lot of dust on it.

It was very clean. The living room chair needs replaced. Not comfy at all! The porch fan doesn't work and you need some airflow. Other than that, PERFECT!!!

Overall the place is fine and we had a nice stay. The location is great and you can see that the grounds are very well taken care of. The owner has made some updates, such as floor and counter. But what would make it 5 stars is if the owner updated the linens and kitchen appliances. Lines and pillows were a little thread bare and the appliances in the kitchen are old and well worn.

this is a tastefully decorated condo. Great lod extra The twin bed in the foyer and extra storage was very useful and very clever use of that space. Provided extra sleeping comfort for guests. The owners thoughtfully left two chairs for use at the beach. My only criticism is that the floor is filthy. It needs to be mopped. Walking on the floor turns the bottom of your feet very black. Just need a good scrubbing and then the place is totally perfect.

This condo has a great location and view. I feel like it could use some updates and also has too much clutter for a rental unit. My daughter did enjoy the little built in bed in the entry. The pull out couch, however was terribly uncomfortable for my son.

ENJOYED PROPERTY WILL CONSIDER IN FUTURE - TWO MINOR ISSUES. ON THE SCREENED PORCH A VERY STRONG ODOR (LIKE CAT URINE) ESPECIALLY IN MORNING. SCREEN DOOR ENTRY STICKS AND IS VERY HARD TO OPEN WHEN ENTERING UNIT.

Consistently excellent time at Port O Call this being our sixth visit in the last 10 years. The unit (3rd time)was clean and had all of the accommodations of home - except for a few missing light bulbs and the bedroom ceiling fan with only one-speed (Very HIGH!). The property had only about 25% occupancy during our week so very quite other than the insomniac neighbor in C201 who required their bedroom tv on throughout the night...the bedroom walls are adjacent. Overall, the unit is very clean with necessary kitchen stuff to allow for in-room dining and the furniture comfortable. Access to beach is great.

My family, including my wife and 4yo son, had a great vacation. The proximity to the beach and pool were the highlights for the rental. Some minor updates (new pillows) and some minor maintenance (one pocket door was off the rail) would be nice, but they had no significant impact on the experience for us. It was a great time of the year to be there!
