This is the PERFECT place to relax in serenity and take in the beautiful sunset or enjoy cocktails with guests. The loft hosts a wonderful trundle bed with 2 twins and you can walk out to great views. This condo is truly a gem in Tidewater Villas! Only top floor units provide the extra loft space and lookout deck! The Wild Dunes community provides seclusion while only being minutes from the Downtown Charleston hustle and bustle. The Tidewater Villas community has a private pool for its residents on-site.

The space was decorated very nice, accommodation's comfortable and the location was perfect.
We especially liked the screened in porch for watching sun rise and eating breakfast.

This place is newly renovated and awesome! It looks exactly like what you see online. We will definitely be back. The kitchen and bathroom counter tops are lovely, the tile floor is beautiful, and the upstairs nook was fabulous for my 2 boys. We enjoyed the screened porch and pool on the hot and humid days, but also loved the location of this condo towards the end of the island. Not very crowded down this way. We also love the KING size beds in both bedrooms. *Even during COVID they had all things in place at the pool and everyone respected social distancing. The place was very clean. I really can't see enough fabulous things about this condo. Can't wait to return.

Everything was as advertised, updated interior, well-maintained, immaculately clean, and BEAUTIFUL view. The coffee pot was broken but we were promptly supplied a new one. Some very minor items need attention, though. No dishtowels, batteries dead in two of three remote controls, and refrigerator water filter needs to be replaced.

This is a beautifully remodeled unit. The space was perfect for our family with college and high school aged children. We had a maintenance issue and it was handled within a couple of hours. If I can make any suggestions, add some pot holders to the kitchen and blankets in the linen stash to have options.

This is our new Favorite vacation spot! Location is perfect, condo very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We love the views from the beach side to golf course. Sunrise and sunset both awesome views. We especially love the roof-top and spiral staircase. Great screened in patio in back, and plenty of private space on front porch as well for our beach supplies and sitting area. Will definitely be back!

This condo was ideal and close to the beach. It was well equipped. There is one broken chair on the top deck that needs to be replaced. They have lots of cookware available and wine openers. There is a dishwasher and they provided soap for it. Know that you need to bring or buy your own laundry detergent. This unit was beautifully decorated, had a great view and was very convenient to the beach. It is on the top (3rd) floor which provided great views. There is an elevator if you can't walk stairs. The upstairs loft has a spiral staircase up to it and is a small space with a daybed and a trundle. My kids slept up there and thought it was the most fun thing in the world! The check-in process for Island Realty was very easy. The only thing was that they did not provide a map to the property. Wild Dunes is huge and we had to ask the guy at the gate when we drove in how to get to the property. He gave us verbal directions and we are able to find it. If they provided a map once inside the complex it would make it easier. Overall we had an amazing stay!

Great experience from beginning to end. Perfect getaway for our family. Great location with views of ocean. Loved the screened porch.Had a small problem after arriving and maintenance was very prompt in responding.Hope to return to same location again soon.
