Your own slice of paradise is waiting at this incredible Isle of Palms retreat! This vacation rental is less than 200 yards from the marina and less than a half-mile from 41st Ave Beach access making it the perfect spot for boaters and beach-goers. Plus, the Isle of Palms Recreation Department and Fort Palmetto Park are nearby - explore everything the island offers! Just minutes from world-class golf, this renovated four-bedroom has all you need for your coastal vacation get-away. You will love the privacy of the beautiful fenced backyard with large deck, screened in porch with outdoor grilling and dining, plus a paved patio on the lawn featuring a wood-burning firepit.

This charming coastal farmhouse is a single-level open floor plan that makes for easy accessibility with plenty of room for all of your family gatherings. Recently updated, the kitchen is bright and spacious with a large Island with additional counter height seating. The dining room has a large dining table that is perfect for family dining or for game night. Accommodations for 10 with 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an an amazing en-suite bathroom with double sinks and an oversized shower as well as it own direct access to the backyard covered porch.

Linens and WIFI are included, washer and dryer are centrally located inside the home. A single dog is allowed, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $250.00. Please note that the fireplace is not for guest use, and we ask, please no smoking. There is a new water treatment facility being built on the corner expected completion spring of 2024. Note the refrigerator in the garage is not for use it is not operational.

This home looks exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful and the perfect size to split between two families. The beds were comfortable as well. The location was easy to get to, close to other beaches and downtown Charleston, and had a short walk to the ocean front.

Answer:

When you leave the property, turn towards 41st Ave. You will then follow 41st Ave all the way down to Beach Access Point 41. It is approximately 0.6 miles away - a two-minute drive according to Google Maps.
