Linens and WIFI are included, washer and dryer are centrally located inside the home. A single dog is allowed, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $250.00. Please note that the fireplace is not for guest use, and we ask, please no smoking. There is a new water treatment facility being built on the corner expected completion spring of 2024. Note the refrigerator in the garage is not for use it is not operational.

This home looks exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful and the perfect size to split between two families. The beds were comfortable as well.
