The home features a reverse floor plan with 4 bedrooms all having their own full en-suite bathroom, two screened porches, and a private 20’ by 15’ pool in the center of a spacious sun-drenched deck, complete with a private gated garden. Beautiful wood floors cover the spacious open concept living and dining area which includes a breakfast bar for 5, formal dining table for 8, and a 65” flat screen television with additional seating for 8. The home also has ceiling fans in every room, a gas grill, tropical landscaping with automatic lighting, and much more!

On the ground floor the first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and includes a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a Roku enabled smart TV, and an en-suite private bathroom with shower and tub. The master suite is furnished with a king bed, Roku enabled smart TV, two closets, and private en-suite bath with a double-sink vanity, separate water closet, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The master suite also has private access to a screened porch adjacent to the swimming pool. There are two doors in the screened porch, one leading to the manicured back yard and one to steps directly to the furnished deck and pool.

The second floor is home to an open floor plan consisting of living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living area has hardwood floors, plush seating for 8, a 65” smart TV with cable, and a collection of reading material and kids games. The living area opens up to another screened porch which has a dining table for four and access to the pool via a small deck which has a gas grill. The dining area is adjacent to the living area with a table for 8. There is also a spacious granite counter breakfast bar with seating for 5 separating the dining area from the fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom on the second floor which is furnished with a queen bed, Roku enabled smart TV, and an en-suite full bathroom.

No Smoking, No Pets, Fireplace is not for guest use.

The house is great. I really liked the floor plan and bed options. We are mostly adults & having a bunk room never works for us. The kitchen was very nice. I made a big pasta dinner and it was a pleasure to spend the morning cooking in the bright kitchen with the huge island/counter. The screen porch is wonderful. We felt like we were in a tree house. We never used the pool but the pool area & back yard are lovely. The location is great. Easy stroll to the beach. Easy walk up to our favorite coffee shop Cafe Paname. We all made many trips!! The decor and furniture was comfortable and very attractive. Great stay.

We have stayed in this house twice. Love the locarion. Only drawback was there was a house being built right next to us. Not grest w little ones trying to nap. Walkable to beach. Pool is nice to dip in at lunchtime because the tree shades ir. Only other thing i would like to see is a new hose on the front and a stepping stone to get to it to be able to rinse from the beach or an outside shower.

Great location! Short walk to beach and public beach where there is restaurants and bars. House was great with 2 sun porches, bathrooms in every bedroom. Pool is small but, served its purpose. Bathrooms were outdated, but everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week at the house. The pool was great. Very clean, and had maintenance on the pool during the week for cleaning. Seating was great. It was nice to have that on site.
We had 7 people stay in the house and were very comfortable. One of the twin beds was broken, but hopefully they can get that fixed.
Plenty of linens, and the washer and dryer was great to have.
The kitchen was well stocked, but cookware was a little dated. We were close and in walking distance to all the restaurants in the strip next to the beach, that was really great also.
The grill was a fantastic shape, and used it twice.
The distance from the beach was no problem at all.
Very quiet house, and well kept.
We would stay here again.

We stayed in the house with 6 others from mainland China and cooked breakfasts, made lunches and prepared one dinner in the space. The great room is functional, flexible and with extra chairs we were able to host a dinner for 34 comfortabley.

A replacement for the one we rented due to needed emergency repairs. Kitchen needed updating but everything worked OK. Pool was small but great for our little ones. Only a block from the beach but spent most of the time in the pool.

The house was adequate. The pool filter was broken and the jacuzzi tub does not turn on but besides those two issues it was perfect. Great location and a comfortable experience.

Centrally located home on Isle of Palms and a short walk to a nice beach. The house worked well for our needs for a long weekend to attend a wedding in Charleston. Overall the condition of the house is ok but definitely showing signs of heavy rental usage. Some things were not as clean as should have been - particularly outdoor screened porches and pool deck area. Be prepared to bring everything - from coffee filters to beach chairs and pool toys. Typically with rentals coffee filters, plastic baggies, etc. bought by previous renters are left in the property, but not in this house. There was absolutely nothing beyond the starter kit of very basic supplies provided by Island Realty. There were three very rusty and used sand chairs and no beach towels. We did enjoy Isle of Palms very much and this house is located in a nice, private and quiet community.

We enjoyed the porches, downstairs bedrooms, spacious kitchen and upstairs living area. The upstairs bedroom never got cool- bring a fan or window air conditioner and the house will be perfect! Having 4 bathrooms to match the bedrooms was HUGE. The pool wasn't huge and swimmable, but it was perfect for relaxing after the beach. Nice perk! Very clean and comfortable. Nice tranquil backyard landscaping.

Our realty agent was dead on in saying this was a great vacation house. The location was great and the house accommodated our family of 5. The pool was very refreshing after a day on the beach or sightseeing. The IOP beach was fantastic. One of the best that we have been on. The only thing we were disappointed in was the overall cleanliness of the house. I think they need to fire their housekeeper. We sent a couple of hours cleaning the kitchen area and floors.

Nice home, with in walking distance to the beach. Very nicely landscaped in back which made it feel much more special than just the house itself. The pool is small but much appreciated since my granddaughter could continue to be in the water without having to be in the ocean 24/7. A bathroom for each bedroom made it very nice.

We loved it and so did our friends who met us there! What a great property for 6 to 8 guests. The supersized living area was perfect and it was fantastic having a bath dedicated to each of the 4BRs. The only criticism is:
* Some of the bedding needed to be cleaned (pillows shams primarily).
* The TV in the MBR only received 1 Channel

Great floor plan! Very spacious with wide halls and stairs. The house was large enough for the 6 adults and 4 children to enjoy since the weather did not cooperate - rainy and cold. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most of our meals there. A dust pan would have been nice. The description of the house is spot on - no surprises. We liked the 9th Street beach entrance.
