Description

Now with a 2020 Wild Dunes *Sportscard! This two bedroom and two bath tri-level town home sleeps six and is just a short walk to the nearest beach access. Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, guests can enjoy swimming at the Fairway Dunes community pool or Sweet Grass Pavilion Swim Center (Due to COVID-19 Fairway Dunes pool is currently closed, but the Swim Center is available for swimming, Grand Pavilion pool after 4pm. Please see our info and updates page on our website for most up to date information) A spacious deck off the living room allows for outdoor dining while overlooking the 11th green of the Wild Dunes Links Golf Course.

Both the kitchen and two baths feature beautiful upgraded granite counter tops. The baths also have a decorative tile bath, shower, and updated flooring. Cable flat-screen televisions are provided in the living room and each bedroom. Have a couple of visitors? Not a problem! The living room sofa pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa. Dining table seating for six.

*2020 Wild Dunes Sportscard available, which allows access Tennis Courts, Children's Programs, Swim Center Pool, Grand Pavilion Pool (after 4pm). Please make note that additional fees may apply for court time and children's programs.

* Motor homes, trailers, boats, and motorcycles are not allowed in Wild Dunes Resort.

Jenny at Vacation Rental was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She found the perfect condo for my family and I. King size bed master bedroom for my parents, twin beds for the boys and comfortable convertible sofa for my husband and I. Gorgeous view on an ancient tree and the golf course. We walked across the street to the beach, biked a mile to the tennis center, enjoyed family time in a lovely setting.

Great Condo, pretty clean, although I had to spend sometime on the back patio cleaning leaves up from the deck under the steps and the table base. Didn't look like anyone had been out there in awhile

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairway Dunes Villa 12. I would suggest that the owner purchase newer and larger TV's as it was very hard to watch TV in the bedrooms while lying in bed.
Also the master bath shower drain was very slow so it caused the bathtub to be very slippery.

This is our 3rd year in this rental and we love it and are looking forward to our return, however, this years visit brought challenges. Dishwasher was broken and we were not told at the time we went to pick up our stay package. Thank goodness we didn’t use it. Midweek we were notified they’d be in to install a new one. Immediately noticed when we arrived was the broken trash can. Called maintenance to advise because we didn’t want to be held responsible. Within the hour another call to maintenance to report the toilet paper holder in 1st floor bath is off the wall with 2 gaping holes. Again, not responsible but wanted noted. Maintenance never sent anyone to fix either.

Our experience was excellent. We loved the Villa. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows, blankets and extra sheets.Great kitchen and and large dining table. We played games and everyone could sit and enjoy family time. Great location. Easy access to the beach and very close to the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Loved being on the golf course.

Staff was very responsive. Bo was a big help and an asset to your organization.Property description was accurate.The property was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. Any maintenance issues that came up were taken care of in a timely fashion. We enjoyed the property enough that we will rent it again next year. We enjoyed many of the excellent restaurants and activities in the area. The beaches were beautiful!

Very good. Nice, clean, well equipped villa. Garage was very convenient. Pool was close by, well kept and spacious. Walk to beach was a little longer than I usually prefer, but not too far. The longer walk saved some money.

Island Realty was easy to work with. Unit had a good location and easy walk to the beach. Inside was clean and comfortable. Had to clean off debris and mold off the deck and outside furniture before we could use it.

Loved the location. Very convenient to the beach and pool. Very quiet area. The only thing I would recommend is to get rid of the tree entering the unit. It was full of bees and had thorns on it. It would also be nice to have more storage in the bathroom off the twin bedroom. Either a vanity or storage over the toilet. No room for toiletries. More hooks for hanging towels would be nice also. The refrigerator only had one shelf. We did find a lot of dead flies and dust bunnies under the beds and around the furniture and baseboards. Could be a little cleaner.

Would also be nice to have extra sheets and have king pillow cases on the pillows instead of regular ones.

Otherwise minus a few minor issues was a great place.

We easily leased the condo online with the help of staff of Island Realty and they were very responsive by email with questions that we had prior to arriving.The townhouse unit was clean, bright, and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach and on paths around the island. We especially appreciated the comfortable furniture (bed, seating in living room). Highly recommend!

We like it for the simple convenience, Close to the beach; very comfortable, and designed for easy living. The owner is generous with fine furnishings and ample cookware. Bike rentals close by opened up an interesting spin around the top end and through the different neighborhoods.

Our family of three enjoyed this property very much. The location was great - a quick walk across the street to beach access for the ocean or just a few steps from the door to the neighborhood pool. The A/C seemed to be new and was able to keep the unit very comfortable. It was clean and furnished well. We would definitely stay there again.
